Trying various flavours of audio Pi

Remember that time when the president had members of the press gallery scrambling? No, not for the usual reason; they needed access to the “urban dictionary”, to see if the Rosetta Stone to presidential chatter might lie therein. It didn’t, of course.

I must not take political rhetoric seriously

I must not take political rhetoric seriously. I must not take political rhetoric seriously. If ever I do something unforeseen, like getting a  tattoo… please, make sure that’s what my new ink says.

Only The Kevin would pretend to “go postal”

When the evening news showed someone burst firing an automatic rifle, I assumed the coverage had turned to one of the umpteen war zones around the world. Then, the shooter pulled off his ear protectors and goggles; there was The Kevin. At a shooting range in the deep South. You can’t make this stuff up; one of the pretenders to the throne of Canada, being a “good old boy”, and tweeting about the fun.

Standing by the stones

No stones around here. Some little rocks, maybe. Pebbles, to be sure. But based on a year of observation, not a single stone of any importance. And certainly none standing around.
