Blame it on my melomania

I heard someone say that “those French, they have a word for everything”. A slight overstatement, although they have more words than I do. One that I wish we would absorb into English is “melomane”. Perhaps we already have. I will check.

Chain it to a post

Living in a house, with a foundation and a back yard is so traditional. And safe, in comparison to life on the road. We’re gearing up for more time away from home, and the sense of security that comes with knowing your peeps is about to get shelved. Temporarily. We want to get away, but only for a bit.

The camera is still rolling

The world of DIY (do it yourself) videos is fascinating. So much enthusiasm, coupled with an ignorance  about the rules of cause and effect. With YT, there’s also a sense of mystery. What happened, in the end. Why isn’t there a conclusion to the drama.

A few more questions

More and more, I doubt that I am the target audience for the majority of phone calls I receive. Could it be that I ask too many questions?
