Right now, we are conducting some culinary archeology. That’s where you deep dive in the freezer (out in the garage), and then plan suppers around the finds. To be fair, nothing in there is really old (I hope). Just in case, I awoke before dawn, and robo-baked some bread, which we also store in the freezer. Not sure how this would play out on a cooking show. My thought is that bread will serve as a meal, should the fish sticks turn out to be, politely, tough. That special sauce in the squeeze bottle doesn’t always cover the er. Therors of the big thaw.

The weather can change, overnight. In one day, this hemisphere moved from zero to five names hurricanes. And with that, we moved the abticipation switch from reactive to proactive. Got some recommendations, and went local for a new pump to sit in the wet pit. High water, this close to the ocean.
