Our neighbours (to the south) are a fascinating group. Fascinathing history, fascinating customs, fascinating laws In fact, the citizens then to be very (loud and) proud of their laws. A common practice is to pass a law, brag about the wisom (sanctity!!) of a given law, and then to spend a fortune trying to repeal a statute. Part of the wonder of a nation that is so divided unto itself.
