Evolving style
Strange climate moment. I awoke, suddenly; the gust of wind had me wondering if we’d just had a tiny tremor. By the time I went downstairs, the anemometer showed a misleading 0 (as in zero. Dead calm). Turns out that a heavy snowfall had frozen things temporarily, although another gust shook the mechanics enough that we were back into recording mode shortly after. A downtime of eleven hours, according to the stats page. Enough snow came down to break one shovel, which means that winter may be here for the next few months.
