Time for a change
I get it. Somebody started humming a ditty about it being “time for a change”, and it was all downhill from there. This afternoon, my football team, undefeated in Seventy Consecutive Home Games, lost. By three points (essentially a missed field goal, because a sack had shifted the line of scrimmage about four yards too far). And so ended the season. University Football players don’t get to play golf as a consolation prize. They simply continue on with their courses.
