Replan my paleo trek
During the opening ceremonies from Rio, a great deal of emphasis was placed on demonstrating how this was a nation poised for a turn towards “green”. Now that the diving and swimming pools are changing colour, going green if you will, that might not be what the organizers had in mind.
Some stress, here in Canada, because the Supreme Court might not have sufficient representation from the Atlantic provinces. Given that one of our Island senators actually lives in Ottawa and has gone through three years of bad press over that, can we accept that the Atlantic provinces are just not getting sufficient anything. Any comments?
This just in: for anyone with plans to make a paleo-based trip from the Old World to the New… seems that the route we thought was in use back before we started dating everything is not correct. Instruct your travel planner to look for an alternate path, one that provides ample food and water supplies for a several-century trek. Seriously, do scientists sit all day, around the lab, finding new and improbable theories (hypotheses??) for what was already in my history books. Is this an effort to confuse me, as I get greyer?
I should start resting up, before the weekend. The Perseids are due (they may have already begun). I’m thinking about some halfway through the night sessions with a locked shutter and a very wide angle lens. I mean, if there are hundreds of shooting stars, surely one or two can be immortalized on my camera memory card. If so, I’ll post here, proudly.
