Food in a concert setting
A day with things to do! Almost too many things, for someone of my august age.
We decided that the local agricultural exposition wouldn’t be complete without our family in the hall. Or rink. Whatever. This fair started a long time ago; in fact, my direct ancestor arrived from Ireland just in time for the first fair, 176 years ago. If he were to teleport back, he wouldn’t be nonplussed. Let’s face it, cakes and vegetables and quilts and other demonstrable treasures from country living don’t mutate. A potato is still a potato.
