The storm remained disorganized, in honour
Could have been a very breezy day down in the Boston area, if “Danny” had grown into a hurricane instead of remaining disorganized. The Maritimes were on alert, having managed a near miss from another storm only one week ago. Still, when the Americans have to bury one of their own, even Mother Nature gives a free pass.
