Unexpected hauling

Wonderful, said no lobster fisher, ever. Right now, all those to the west of a line in the sand, the National Park, are hauling their gear. Remember, the lobster fishery is tightly regulated, with a very short season to harvest. And when your gear is out of the water, you will not make any money.
But what matters here is that a watcher saw a fin, and now a lot of people are waiting for the permission to get back to work.
