Evolving at warp speed
I didn’t know that nature could evolve so quickly. Everything I’ve learned about viral pandemics is being proven wrong. The latest catch, coming days after I proudly told the world that I was vaccinated is that the virus might not be thwarted by my efforts. That I may be just as deadly to others as before. That I’m staying home for the foreseeable future, wearing a mask and scrubbing my hands like someone from the cast of Macbeth.
Good thing I have lots of toys. In fact, I’ve never been as well off as now, and I don’t have to share with anyone. Utopian existence, actually. Now to get back to regular playtime.
So, does anyone else believe that an excess of hydrocarbons in your economy causes brain disease. Out in AB, they’ve decided that we don’t have to mask up anymore. That the risks from COVID will be matched by other seasonal ailments, so “what can we do”? I can easily assume that the presence of oil wells is to blame. Not the doctors. The oil wells. And a certain variety of politician that is easily purchased. I don’t have to name names. We all know, don’t we? (Hint: JK)
With the announcement that our (as in Canadian) wireless companies have spent nearly nine billion (go ahead, try to understand a number so large) on additional spectrum space rights, it is also clear, (5G clear), that the industry is flush with cash. And that the complaints about how cell phone prices in Canada are outrageous are valid without argument.
