Dog-van testing
Riding in a new vehicle isn’t that tough. After all, I did get to change bus seats, a lot, along the way. And cars? Too many to count. But in our household, there’s one member that doesn’t talk much. This afternoon, we went for a ride, with the dog as the target of interest.
He handled it well. No lap requests. No trying to launch through open windows. He had his bed, and a seat that was slippery, and by the end of the afternoon it seemed that he understood this was now part of his world. All the better for us, should we desire to explore beyond the end of the driveway.
Had a decent milkshake at Shirley’s Place. That’s good, because the order window is only twenty minutes away. Means I can go again before the end of the summer.
What else of note? Well, I’m now four episodes into a new British series and I still believe. Hold on: it might not qualify as UK fare, given that the whole thing is set in America. Wait until I ponder the situation. OK… IMDB says that this is a Canadian production. That the exteriors were taken from California but the interiors hide in BC. With some British actors. Now I’m unable to assign the beast to a niche. In fact, given the bios, this is a CanCon, with some colour added from other nations. I hope the additional episodes show up soon.
Due to the fires in the west, we’re getting super sunrise/sunset colours. Must take some photos.
