Stuck in a holding pattern
Just because I write about food doesn’t mean that I’m hungry… does it? Anyhow, the two small roasts that had me worried (and hurried) over their best before dates are now done. And half eaten. And stored in the refrigerator. With only the boy and me, supper devolved into its most basic form. We can eat greens tomorrow.
