Shunning the window
I have a long and proud relationship with two “green” modes of transportation; my bicycle (less now than before) and the bus. Probably goes a long way to explaining my aversion to the generic take-out window. I’ve tried. There are a few ATM sites that have seen me drive up (in a car) and contort myself enough to get a few dollars from the machine. Food windows? Not so much.
