Stitch and enjoy
Once in a while, you get pitched an easy one. The kind of day (at work) that can be handled with closed eyes (as long as you keep the snoring levels down). Seriously, when the question came up over supper about how I’d spent my day, I had to stop and think about it. Does going out back to check for new mail count? How about resetting the password on a voicemail account? Or setting up support for a VC, later in the week. None of these are exceptional; it’s just that they are usually “brief interludes”, rather than the main program for the concert. Oh well. Now that I’ve commented on how easy things can be, tomorrow will bite me, hard. Never fails.
