The optimism of a new name
The walk to the bus, this morning, was a study in gravity. Praying for gravity. Or sticky feet. More ice, everywhere. As I mentioned (elsewhere), if the weather people insist on freezing rain, they should follow things up with sandstorms. Unlike the city, where pedestrians are part of the “forgotten class”. How is it that cars, with four rubber paws, get full protection from slippy spots, but walkers… not so much?
