The family on the road
We went for a drive in the country today. The whole family, except for the dog, who wasn’t invited due to an administrative oversight (she didn’t call in a replacement for her watchdog duties in time). An excursion in the style of a “Sunday drive” from other times, except that this was a holiday with most of the local world actually going to work. Time-shifting, to profit from a long weekend.
