Farewell to the big yellow saw
When I am asked to put on socks and shoes, a local trip goes to being something better. It means we will actually be seeing other people. Today we delivered the big new saw to its new owner. I cannot claim to have seen the person but we received real currency in return which move the transaction from barter or donation. Goodbye big star I’m glad I did not lose anything fingers to you.
Once the delivery was completed we decided to explore the local area. First stop the campground where we have spent so many summers. You can tell the campground is special when the operator tells me that if I come to stay they will make sure I do not fall off the cliff. Take that the competition. This was a hot day so we drove to the town to find milkshakes. In really hot weather I cannot think of a better way to dehydrate and get nourishment. We then visited another campground. Or boondocks site if you will. Seing how people do not understand parking in a closed space. We did talk to some people and assured them that staying after dark was totally legitimate. And now we’re home again with nothing to show but a little bit of money another empty space in the garage. Before long we’ll be able to hide a car in there. What else of note question nothing really we are on vacation all the time and anybody coming into our area gets to play by our rules. Beyond that we will get through the week and decide where the next trip will be. Just before the company starts to arrive. Others are coming and we must be ready.
