Small steps
The introduction to the new RV is underway, in tiny steps. Not going to race to my new home on wheels, because I want to get in there without incident. Hear me out.
Today, I stood inside. The sit in a seat will happen, so. I had to get inside to see whee things might be; we are getting the water, right now. Yes, I understand how a hose works, but we want clean water, and any new rig, fresh from the factory, could be carrying more than a new smell. By this time tomorrow, or the next day, we will have sterilized the tanks. Best to find out where the drains are located first. And so, with that, I got down on the ground and reached until I found something familiar.
This time around, we have actual stopcocks. A big step up from a nylon plug that had to be removed with a wrench. Water was added, and nothing happened. At first. Had to let a bubble escape before there was any actual water coming out.
We now own a small pump. Forget siphons and gravity. I was unsure, but technology works.
Wat else? Well, we do have some video hints, and there are only a unlimited number of places to hid a tank that holds almost a hundred and forty liters of liquid by tomorrow. And I will also try my seat because I am patient. Not going anywhere until we are ready. Hey, it snowed a couple of evening back, so summer is just starting.
