A whale of a rumour
Today, the CDC offered a deal to the human race. If you get fully vaccinated, you can stop wearing a mask and start cuddling with others. Not exactly how it was worded, but close enough. However, the second paragraph muddied the waters. You can do these things, but “masks may still be required by state, local, tribal or territorial laws as well as businesses and workplaces.” That takes the air out of their fancy balloon.
