Viral chair dance

posted in music, pets |

Look at me. I’m back on board the MOOC express, learning about the history of the Stones. Who said education had to be stale? Not  that I’ve ever been a raving fan of Mick and the lads, but the period interests me; I was alive when they first started making coin. Now the chance to put all those tunes into a timeline has presented itself, and “time is on my side”.

I wonder what the dog thinks, when his collar is off? Does he notice? Does he feel naked, or liberated, or worried that we’ve decided to cut him free to fend among the wild beasts? My concern is that he’ll make a sudden dash for the door, secure that we’ll grab him as he goes; all we’ll get is a few loose hairs and he’ll be off to hunt the hare. Maybe there’s a second solution, something like suspenders with a belt. Time to check out the web for ideas.

Watched a movie that made no sense, unless you were in to counting wrecked automobiles: called Getaway, the critics were unanimous about letting it do just that. I had few options in that time slot, so I watched, with a willed suspension of disbelief. Oh, and a better understanding about why you shouldn’t try to jump curbs with a small car.

Too cold to go outside. Really.

Best viral video of the day: a police officer, in his vehicle, doing what my sibs call a “chair dance” (wiggling to the tunes). In this case, the latest Taylor Swift tube. Expect the poor man to face lampooning on late night TV, real soon now. Probably easier to swallow than what he’s facing in the workplace.
