Time to change the van, man!

posted in environment |

Our household made a corporate decision several vehicles ago to be slaves to the lease, which means that the time has arrived to return our satisfactory set of wheels and take another to have and to hold until calendars do us part.

Worse, I rarely ever drive… the city bus drivers will not lend me their keys. I get to be designated driver when we need a) groceries b) something at the hardware store c) family taxi. It makes the obsessive shopping (via the WWW) seem irrelevant. Would I like red or blue? (Transparent would be exciting.) What “seating arrangement” should we select? (Please assure that the dog will continue to be comfortable; I’d hate to be responsible for canine sleep deprivation). OnStar is now a base option. (Hurrah; I recently saw an article on how to hack the GPS module). Do we need a trailer hitch? (We have a trailer!!!???!!!!)
