Clouding may occur
On TV, the most recent iteration of “A Wrinkle In Time”, as seen through the eyes of a cinematographer; when I read the book, years ago, I had no idea that the storyline would affect anyone in this way. Guess I lack the critical eye.
Although the weather people cancelled our snowfall warning, we made a trip to the city with limited visibility in both directions. I had to see my eye guy for a pressure check, and I now have some new tablets with interesting side effects. The rationale is that my body is made up, in large part, from liquids. I knew that, I guess. Right now, I’m busy keeping the pee-urge under control (the drug is a diuretic). It also has a range of side effects, which include changing the taste of my fuzzy water and (possibly) clouding the urine. I’m always amazed at the fun chemists have at our expense.
The post office finally decided to correct the address confusion locally. I have over the last few years been instructed to use no less than three different postal addresses. Today, a letter with the “rule to follow”. My home is now found in a community which ceased to exist when the school closed, almost a half-century ago. The postal code finally removes references to a post office which closed forty years ago, and gives me a full year to put my address books in order. I’ve started, but based on the bank apps in hand, I might need better than eleven of the twelve months. No big deal. I’m here to stay, and if I drop off the map, the bank will reach out and haul me back to safety.
