Back office evangelist

posted in computing |

I am a fan of WordPress. It works, the way I believe it should. I’ve told others. Today, the boomerang came back…

I now have one hundred working copies of WordPress installed. Not for my personal use; that would be excessive. We’re going to add a pilot group of students from a regional school, to see if this tool will engage their interest. I know, they already have plenty to engage them. This has a pedagogical slant. I still have a few little frustrations before everything goes public (firewall fever 101), but the whole thing took less than a day, including creation of two-tiered editing privileges for each account.
