While others explore
;with a young couple of Brits. They are driving their camper van from Canada to Aregntina, and we “got together” back when they first arrived in the Maritimes. Today, the trip crossed into FL. Not a considtent schedule, but it does give me ideas (and hope) for the future.
I’m safe at home, and our snow cover is gone, again. Actually, there has been no need to clear the lane, or the deck, so far. Pre-winter. I really should find my mitts.
What else? Well, I found a refresher course on black tanks. One of those things that is rarely discussed, but if you have an RV, you know that the mystery is a clear and present danger. Forget that you live with one, and life will develop a new colour of interesting.
I did start my search for my string store. For the guitar. Unfortunately, I don’t see well enoug to seek things effectively, so looking for stuff is a tad frustrating. I mean, I know what I want, and I know (roughly) where they might be, but don’t set your watch by me. I will, eventually, get lucky. Or not. In that case, one of my guitars will mutate into a 5-string. Not like a banjo, I hope. There is pnan B, where I seek assitance, but my need for autonomous success is ongoing. Imagine how pleased with myself I will be, when another problem has been solved.
Next on the list of things to do: starting to clear things from the garage. Specifically, boxes. I am not driven, yet. A long stretch of winter might be the trigger.
