Reinflation not required
Big day for me, in the health system. I was bilaterally jabbed. Actually hoped for a triplateral, but they ran out of available arms. Now, I get to stay close to my comfort zone, with a fresh bottle of pills. Just in case. It should also be noted that none of those odd little hole covers were required, post-jab. Nothing appears to have run out of the punctures (not even air), so I shouldn’t require any reinflation.
Yes, I believe in medical technology. I don’t care that the ingredients are a closely guarded secret. Despite what gets touted on social media, we (the vaccinated) are not dying mysteriously. Not dying, at all. Pity that the non-believers can’t make the same boast.
In the mail, a magazine from the retirement group. I guess that’s the true sign that I’ve left the workplace.
With that, the week is at the hump. Time to determine which of the bins needs to go roadside before morning. My usual goal is to get one of the two out, before the bin buggy comes by. Yes, I could wait until morning, which would be an incentive for the driver to pass really early. I won’t give him/her that option. We don’t have local raccoon robbiers (as far as I can tell), so I won’t need to develop locks for the lids.
Someone in the area had a dog that decided to investigate a large, black squirrel with a racing stripe. Hah! Tricked. The family is now testing potions that can mask musk. My mutt must find me over-protected; he has never had a close encounter with any alien of that type.
