Foam is positive
Thankfully, my personal education continues. Why, just yesterday morning, I learned that milkshakes from a familiar fast food firm are thick(er) for a good reason. The client, slurping on that shake (vanilla, strawberry or chocolate) will have to hang around in the comfortable seating until done. He, or she, might find the need to purchase additional food…
And the foam, from your hand soap or shampoo or toothpaste, it has nothing to do with chemistry of cleanliness; you need to believe that something is happening, and bubbles will convince you, every time.
I love the way the flood of factoids hasn’t slowed with time. While my spouse goes to great lengths to point out the idle existence I now enjoy, I have to counter with the argument that I’m an involved, eager learner. As long as the homework level remains within tolerable limits, I’m staying in school.
Outside, winter continues. Nothing dangerous, although I did turn down that invitation to go wandering in the woods this afternoon. A potential blizzard is nothing to trifle with. If my fate is to be lost in the barrens, then I want to get the “approved travel agent agenda” first, along with some nifty technical travel gear. Oh, and a photo op before my departure.
While off to “get” milk, before the onset of our promised storm, I noted that driving in the middle of the road doesn’t count as defensive driving; the other guy, hugging the ditch edge, gets to wear that hat.
I wonder, does the dog realize that he leads a high-risk existence?
