Much like a drained battery

I’ve been really lucky these last few years. Almost never sick. A slight problem with an eye that has turned out to be an acceptable compromise for now. Overall, the health thing has been on the plus side.
Today, I felt crummy. Not really sick, just out of sorts. Returned to sleep several times during the day. No appetite. Accomplished zip.
Why write about it; simple… on a day when your battery is drained, the light doesn’t shine as brightly.
