Traffic circles and campfires
I couldn’t wait. That debt, from yesterday, had to be paid off, today. And so, long before lunch, I was in the car heading to town. Not even into town; the dealer is across the river. I handed over the cheque for the the remaining amount and headed back east. Back roads, all the way, all the better to see life in the country on a sunny day.
